He was predeceased by: his father John R. Bevis; and his brother Scott Lindewald. He is survived by: his mother Carmen Nunlist; his daughter Brittany Kurtz (Tom); his grandchildren, Bradley, Zoey, Kane and Luke; and his sisters, Lori Miller and Angela Brummett.
