He is survived by: his mother Norma "Micki" Eby (Carico); his wife Annette "Red" Foulke (Martin); his sisters, Teresa McIntosh, Debra Lockner and Tamara Denman; his sons, Matthew Eby, Morgan Eby (Kateland Fields), Joshua Foulke (Jaclyn Condra) and Kyle Foulke (Liz); his grandchildren, Madison, Tinley, Anthony, Isaac, Noah, Mallanei, Maddix and Marston; and his close friend Chloe (English Mastiff). He is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
