She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Bowling and Phyllis Bowling (Kincade); and her sister Gloria Holton. She is survived by: her husband Steve Binkley; her children, Shelly Toan (Donald) and Shawn Tatman; her grandchildren, Corbin Hohnstreiter (Kortni), Austin Tatman and Gloria Tatman; her great grandchildren, Everett Hohnstreiter, Valerie Collins and Raiden Tatman; and her siblings, David Bowling, Linda Longford and Dinah Hoge.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation in Nancy's honor.
