He was predeceased by: his father James Smith; his stepfather Phil Snodgress; and his stepsister Debbie Justice. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Hardgrove Snodgress; his children, Jay Smith, Megan Smith, Alex Smith and Jessilynn Smith; his granddaughter CeCe Chapman; his siblings, Aaron Smith (Mikki), Beth Bruno (Mike) and Kelli Ferguson (Scott); his stepbrother Doug Snodgress (Nitza); and his stepmother Judy Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
