He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Eugene and Lois Fay Grapevine (Sullivan); and his grandson Austin Grapevine. He is survived by: his children, Stacy Foster of Columbus and Steven Grapevine of Kentucky; and his siblings, Stella Darlene Lee of Hartsville, Valerie Kay Wait of Freetown, Bertha Lynette Henderson of Westport and Jim Leon Grapevine of St. Paul.
