Carter of Greensburg, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on August 31, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Carter and Easter Carter (Chappell); his son Jess Hafley; and his brother Mike Carter. He is survived by: his sons, Dan Hafley (Laura) and Glen Hafley (Cindy); his brother David Carter; his grandchildren, Ciera McKinley and Caleb Hafley; his niece Amy; and his nephew Chris.
