He is survived by: his children, Theresa Stuehrenburg of Greensburg, Willard E. Powers, Jr. (Kasey) of Westport and Brian Eugene Powers of Holton; his brother Franklin Jack Powers (Iva) of Westport; his grandchildren, Corbin Harris, Tyler Richard Powers, Brianna Hunter, Briana Powers, Brady Powers and Tara Fleenor; and his great grandchildren, Everett, McKenna of River, C. J., Xavier and Oakley.
