He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Rice and Peggy Rice (Osborne); and his brother Herman Rice. He is survived by: his wife Pam Rice; his children, Tonya Moore (William), Doug Rice, Cassandra Atkins, Amy Greiwe (Paul), Shawnda Reece (Joe) and William Lunsford (Sheila); his grandchildren, Noah Feerer, Kenize Feerer, Logan Feerer, Milley Feerer, Madison Greiwe, Alex Lunsford, Madelyn Lunsford and Joise Lunsford; his great grandchild Finn Stromhmeir; and his siblings, Edna Fletcher, Wilma Davidson (John), Lillian Rice (Paul Hodge) and Chester Rice.
