With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald Charles Hoover (Greentown, Indiana), who passed away on January 7, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Floyd Hoover and Ruth Hoover; and his siblings, Earl Hoover, Jane Dinger and Aileen Knox.

He is survived by : his wife Esther Ione (Dunmire); his children, Gary Hoover (Vickie), Donnette Webber (Brad) and Diane Richards (Mark); his grandchildren, Garrett Hoover (Holly), Derek Hoover (Emily), Joel Hoover, Kayla White (Zack), Charissa Richards, Ethan Richards and Emily Hieneman (Aaron); his great grandchildren, Josephine Hoover, Isabella Hoover, Havana Hoover, Christian Hoover, Noah Hoover, Jude Hoover, Virginia Hoover, Laney White, Grayson White and Xander Hieneman; and his siblings, Dale Hoover and Ruth Ann Custer. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Christian Life Fellowship or to Gideons International.
