He was predeceased by: his parents, Chalmer Elmore and Mildred Elmore (Johnston); his brother Rob Elmore; and the mother of his children Judith Elmore. He is survived by: his daughters, Julie Harmon (Kristi), Michelle Arnold (Steve) and Amy Till (Lee); his grandchildren, Micheal Evans (Jordan), Matthew Arnold, Tommy Bender (Natalie), Justin Arnold, Whitney Bender, Ashleigh Till (Dugan), Tyler Till (Ashlyn) and Brandon Till; his siblings, Marsha Payne (Jack), Donna Harmon (John), Steve Elmore, Max Elmore (Jeanine), David Elmore (Barb) and Danny Elmore (David); and his sister-in-law Sandy Elmore. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, and 1 great great-grandchild; bonus granddaughter.
