It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved James David Speidel of Greentown, Indiana, who passed away at the age of 84, on September 25, 2025. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Speidel and Mildred Speidel (Lawrence); his wife Mary; and his sister Mary Lee Webb. He is survived by: his children, David Speidel (Lisa), Ella Walker (Jeff) and Leslie Connolly (Joe); his grandchildren, Jamie Wieringa (Nick), Quinn Connolly (Taylor), Micayla Pier (Micah), Noah Connolly, Josh Speidel (Madison), Zach Connolly and Molly Connolly; his great grandchildren, Owen, Annie and Harper Pier; and his sister Maggie Harris.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM. A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hasler-Stout Funeral Home (112 E Main St, Greentown, IN 46936).
