Purvis Sr. and Joetta Tessie Purvis (Griffin); his son Danial Ray Purvis; his brothers, Steven Timberlake, Kevin Purvis Jr. and Griffin Purvis; his close friends, Bill and Gracie Miller; and his grandparents, Carol Purvis and Bill Kitchens Sr.. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
