He is survived by: his spouse Jean Hochmeister Miller; his children, Brad Alan Miller (Marsha) and Kathy Sue Goodwin (Dale); his grandchildren, Norman S. Miller (Becki), Jessica A. Miller, Gregory L. Miller (Rachel), D. Patrick Miller, Donald Reed and Kristina Reed; his stepgrandsons, Travis Cook and Jeremy Cook (Rebecca); his brother-in-law Arthur Best; his nieces, Artis Wells (Best), Janice Roehm (Guthrie) and Jan Eberle-Kanui (Henry); his nephew Mike Eberle (Priscilla); and his caregivers, David, Vickie Poynter and Lexie Keith.
