She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Burke and Thelma Burke; her son Christopher Wells; and her siblings, Katherine Miller and Christopher Burke.
She is survived by: her husband Wesley Wells; her children, Mack Wells and Alinna Wells (Miguel Rojas); her grandsons, Miguel Rojas-Wells Jr., Vicente Rojas-Wells and Carlos Rojas-Wells; and her sister Onia Gibson. She is also survived by her several nieces and nephews.
