She was predeceased by: her parents, Rueben H. Allen and Rolena D. Allen (Dowden); her husband John Bruce; her daughter Eileen Bruce; and her granddaughter Jennifer Downing.
She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Downing (Tim); her granddaughter Allison Kime (Blain); her great grandchildren, Brooks and Aria Kime; her sister Marilyn Conner (Gary); her nephew Leland Conner; and her niece Susie Rottink (Michael).
