He is survived by: his family, Emily and Joshua; his birth parents, Esperanza and Bernardo Maldonado; his siblings, Star, Destiny and Joshua; and his grandparents, Nancy and Robert Brown.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to The Ronald McDonald House of Cincinnati and Heartland Children's Home.
