We are sad to announce that, on June 14, 2023, at the age of 98, Bill Sorgius of Greenwood, Indiana, born in Petersburg, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Sorgius and Ruth Drane Sorgius; his former wife Jewel Sorgius; his wife Iva Skinner; his son-in-law Randy Kimery; and his brother-in-law Bob Davis.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Sorgius (LeeAnne) of Orlando, Steve Sorgius (Barb) of Greenwood, Indiana, Pat Doles (Joe Hermann) of Winthrop Harbor, Judi Knies (Marty) of Greenwood, Deb Kreitl (Paul) of Indianapolis, Lois Kimery of Columbus and Linda Barringer of Columbus, Indiana; and his siblings, Randy Sorgius (Mary) of Brownsburg, Indiana and Charlotte Davis of Mooresville, Indiana. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.
