He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Henrickson and Marjorie Clark Henrickson; and his half-brother James Henrickson. He is survived by: his wife Susan Toole Bass; his daughter Anna Frei (Aaron) of St. Louis, MO; his sister Karen Pignataro; and his stepchildren, Chandler Bass (Colleen), Emma Norman (Austin), Mary Theiss (Phil) and Matt Sontag (Jenny). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
