He is survived by: his wife Wilma Gilpatrick (McClain); his children, David Gilpatrick (Lisa) and Pam Goad (Charlie); his grandchildren, Logan Goad (Rachel), Jessica Gilpatrick (Sean Gorman), Erin Brown (Josh) and Whitley Burk; his great grandchildren, Ella, Charlie, Addie, Aubrey, Ben, Callum, Olivia and Thea; and his brother Paul Gilpatrick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
