He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleo Stephens and Lissie Stephens (Grammar); his siblings, Maudena LaFavers, Norma Jean Huesman and Elza Ray Stephens; and his wife Madonna Bolt.
He is survived by: his son Alan Stephens (Brenda) of Kalamazoo, MI; his grandchildren, Zachary Stephens, Tyler Stephens and Erin Pritchard (Nathan); his daughter Barbara Benskin; and his grandchildren, Shelley Hensley (Bobby) and Eddie Martinez (Kierstyn). He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
