He is survived by: his wife Joyce Williams; his children, Rhonda Leach (Wayne), Melissa Ratliff (Jason), Kim Southerland, Mark Williams and Greg Williams; and his brother Bill Williams. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
