He is survived by: his siblings, Paul Rider of Charleston, Ohio, Elaine Foster (Kenneth) of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Timothy Rider of Ridgeland, Mississippi and Andrew Rider (Teresa) of Chesapeake, Virginia.. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
