He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherry Lynn Hill and Richard "Rick" Miller; his grandparents, Ann Miller, Jim Survance and Rick Hill; and his uncle Rick Hill.

He is survived by: his wife Michelle Miller (Karres); his children, Brian, Ayden, Lelynne, Kassandra and Bridgett; his grandmother Kathy; his brother John Miller; his stepsister Heather Manning; his uncle Randy Hill; and his aunt Lisa (John Bennett). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends he loved.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
