It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Ruth Pemberton of Greenwood, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on November 1, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jesse and Laverne Ruth Pemberton (Skaggs); and her sister Reeda. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Douglas Wright; her children, Eric Grimmitt (Jenni) and Zoe Day (Dawson); her stepchildren, Courtney Wright (Randy Bailey) and Cameron Wright (Cheyenne); her siblings, Mark Pemberton (Christine Baldwin), Jay Pemberton and Sandra Kay Pemberton; her grandchildren, Emersyn, Everly, Shaylynn, Maleah, Gannon and Tyson; her niece Brandy Pemberton O'Haver (Stephen); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Zander and Danyella O'Haver.

Memorial contributions have been suggested to the American Stroke Association.
