We announce the death of Deborah Jo Phelps (Greenwood, Indiana), who passed away on September 29, 2026, at the age of 76. Deborah will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, David Wilcoxen and Joanne Wilcoxen. She is survived by: her husband John Phelps (Bill); her children, Eric Breedlove (Karen), Tracie Noel (Tim) and John Phelps II (Erin); her sister Pam Wilcoxen; her grandchildren, David Noel (Alyssa), Makayla Noel (Brandon), Sara Henderson (Evan), Jessica Noel, Dustin Breedlove (Faith) and Matthew Breedlove; and her great grandchildren, Hudson, Hayden Hightower, Henry, Luci Noel, Brantly, Gunner and Holter Henderson.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Greenwood American Legion Post 252 (334 US 31 S, Greenwood, IN 46142).
