She is survived by: her daughter Debra; her husband George Rutledge; her children, Gregory, Tenika and Gwen Rutledge; her stepson George Adams; her siblings, Jean Johnson, Diane Johnson, Earl Johnson and James Moore; her godfather Nathaniel Hall; and her grandchildren, Sumayah, Nevaeh and Jayden. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and beloved friends.
