He is survived by: his wife Jan Horvath; his children, April Grossman, Diana Ashmore (Mike Ashmore), Sara Ratliff (Don Ratliff) and Michael Horvath; his grandchildren, Christian Martin, Jared Martin, Christopher Ashmore and Alexa Ashmore; and his siblings, Phillip Horvath, Robert Horvath, Charles Horvath, Susie Mazurkiewicz and Marty Horvath.
