He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Moon and Elgie Ipes Moon; his wife Emma; and his siblings, Donnabelle Hoff, Hattie Baldwin, Agatha Marsh, Ethel Mathias, Charles and Lee.
He is survived by: his daughter Judy Moon of Greenwood; his grandchildren, Benjamin Zitzer, Matthew Zitzer and Jessica Zitzer (Frank Thames); and his siblings, Thelma Frettinger and William "Bill" Moon of Rochester.
