He was predeceased by: his father John Blair; and his brothers, Johnny, Ronald and Doug Ladd. He is survived by: his children, Kevin (Christina), Kenny (Sara), Donny Ladd and Laura Lee Fox. He is also survived by several half brothers and sisters, and grandchildren.
