He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Johnson and F. Nadine Lawrence Johnson; and his daughter Lauren Sacha Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Janice Johnson of Highland; his son Andrew T. Johnson of Evergreen; his granddaughters, Tatem and Isabella; and his sister Karen Johnson Phillips of Brookfield, Wisconsin. He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
