He is survived by: his wife Kristi; his children, Sophie and Luke; his stepdaughters, Emma and Bella; his parents, Diane Ostrom and Dave Swanson (Ruth); and his siblings, Dave (Gina), Doug, Deron (Michelle), Darrell Swanson (Mandy), Dawn Campbell (Jerry) and Darlene Mizzell (Tim). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Covington Memorial Funeral Home (8408 Covington Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46804). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
