Though Edward Franklin may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Nilson and Edith Nilson (Tanksley); and his brothers, Bill and John Nilson. He is survived by: his daughter Kathy Brown (Bob) of Mooresville; his granddaughters, Alyssa Gill and Tiffany O'Brien of Bedford; his stepgrandsons, Andy of Mooresville and Alex Brown of Mooresville; and his great grandchildren, Presley O'Brien of Bedford and Greyson Brown of Mooresville.
