She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Wesley Axsom and Goldie Pearl Axsom (Hays); her siblings, Milton Wesley Axsom, James Axsom and Bonnie Jewel Brinegar (Axsom); her husband Harold E. Blackwell; her children, David Blackwell (Janet), Maridean Siscoe (Ron), John Blackwell (Connie), Debra "Susan" Blackwell and Sabra Ann Stark (Mike); and her stepchildren, David Baugh, Jr. (Harolda) and Ann Jones (David).
