She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Moyes and Ruby Moyes (Wolfe); her daughter Mary Edmondson; her brother James Moyes; and her husband Tom Garrett.
She is survived by: her daughters, Evelyn Henson, Bernadine White and Phyllis Joan Rissman; her former husband Walter Wampler; her stepchildren, Catherine Thorne (Rob) of Long Island, NY, Steve Wampler (Michelle Daniels) of Palm Harbor, FL, David Wampler (Becky) of New Whiteland, IN and Joyce Baker (Mark) of Greenwood, IN; and her niece Angela Pam Parton (Rick) of Greenwood, IN. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you honor Frances' memory by taking a friend out for a Starbucks drink and sharing a happy story about her.
