He is survived by: his wife Kathy Gurevitz (Kopf); his children, Stacie Short, Jeff Gurevitz (Ashtin), Michael House (Leyna) and Adam House; his grandchildren, Emma, Ryder, Masen, Brooks, Gracie, Farah, Vinny and Ella; and his siblings, Sandee Green and Susan Roberts (Jack). He is also survived by his several nieces and nephews.
