He is survived by: his wife Zelma Sue Gross; his son Timothy Gross (Teresa); his siblings, Alvin, Robert, Dean Gross, Tony Haddix, Mildred Miller, Penny Wood, Dove Guffey and Julie Oakley; his granddaughter Kaitlyn; his brothers, Ryne and Michael Gross; his great grandchild Cooper Burtner; and his pet Toby.
