He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard S. Sinclair, Jr. and Helen Harris Sinclair. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Sinclair of Indianapolis; his sons, Jeffrey Sinclair (Krista), Wm Jay Sinclair (Carolyn) and James Sinclair (Kathy); and his grandchildren, Caitlin Hacker (Daniel), Tyler Sinclair (Leah), Keven Jones (Tina), Kyle Jones (Alex), Kenny Jones (Kelsi), Dani Jackson (Aaron) and Jake Jackson. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
