With sadness, we share the passing of Illa Sue Phillips (Greenwood, Indiana). Illa, born on December 25, 1948, passed away on October 6, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Ed; her grandchildren, Tyler and Katie; her siblings, Dale, Jerry, Vincent, Violet, Demoine, Peggy, June and Dallas; and her grandmother Kay.
She is survived by: her siblings, Donna, Shirley, Irene, David, Bill, Jack and Patricia; her children, Robert Anthony, Ketsia Lynn, Suzette and Joseph; her grandchildren, Kevin (Brittany), Brittany Renee, Jessica Lynn, Rylee, Brayton (Shaylee), Mason, Peyton, Jacob and Nathan; and her great grandchildren, Kolton, Brayleigh, Alaina and Joanna. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home (1977 S State Rd 135, Greenwood, IN 46143). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Memory Gardens (1977 S State Rd 135, Greenwood, IN 46143).
