He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond M. Diggs and Margaret E. Diggs (Kraft); his brother James Edward Diggs; and his half-sister Marion "Betty" Amunrud. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann (Miller) of Morgantown; his children, Terry Ann McGarry (Tom) of Wrightsville and Brian Diggs (Nadine) of Vancouver, Washington; his grandchildren, Julie Wagner, Nicole Wagner, Yasmeen Diggs and Dalia Diggs; and his great grandchildren, Kloe, Derick and Mikey.
