He was predeceased by: his parents, James Vaughn and Zena Simpson Vaughn. He is survived by: his wife Yen Minh Vaughn of Greenwood; and his daughter Karla Starnes of Greenwood. He is also survived by two grandchildren; extended family members and friends.
