He was predeceased by: his wife Constance "Connie" West; his parents, Lester West and Clara West; and his siblings, Lester West and Betty Boos.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jeanne Phenany (Moses), Barbara Berta (Rick) and Claire DeLano (Paul); his grandchildren, Audrey, Matthew DeLano, Samantha, Derek Berta and Joshua Phenany; and his brother Albert West. He is also survived by extended family and many dear friends.
