He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Williams and Janice Williams (Boffo); his son Jeffrey Williams; and his sister Marg Harris. He is survived by: his wife Betty L. Williams (Blaich) of Greenwood, IN; his sons, James J. Williams Jr. (Debbie) of Indianapolis, IN and Jon Williams of Indianapolis, IN; and his stepchildren, Terri, Lisa, Jerry (Michelle), Eric, Laura (Matt) and Jennifer (Greg). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
