She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Donald Garringer and Marjorie Garringer; her brothers, David and Matthew McAllister; her children, Erin Chamberlin, Renee Dougherty, Brian Chamberlin and Eric Chamberlin; her husband Elvan Cecil; her siblings, Joyce Piersall and Mark Garringer; her daughter Mary Howe; her granddaughters, Haley Snyder and Holly Howe; and her son-in-law Dan Dougherty. She was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
