He is survived by: his wife Sandra Woolridge Horn; his children, Jess Horn, Jr. and Terina Stephan (Alan); his grandchildren, Cindy Stephan (Jared), Kayla Horn, Shelby Worley (Michael), Josh Cline (Katie), Collin Cline, Andrew Horn, Owen Horn, Gracie Stephan and Evan Stephan Stephan; his great grandchildren, Wade Worley, Audrey Worley, Deliliah Worley, Norah Waterbury, Victoria Waterbury (Tori) and Opie Cline; and his sister Elizabeth Hicks (Jerry).
