It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Roger Watson of Greenwood, Indiana, born in Elwood, Kansas, who passed away on August 24, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Watson and Dorothy Watson; and his siblings, Donald Watson, Larry Watson, Garry Watson, Darlene Tapp, Rosemary Watson and Ladine Watson.

He is survived by: his wife Debroah Watson; his children, Sabrina Watson-Huber, Angela Watson, Maranda Mays, Rosalyn Watson, John Watson, Jr. and Tyler Cook; and his siblings, Glenn Watson (Ruth), Michael Watson (Janice), Jerry Watson and Judy Simmons (Melvin). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
