He is survived by: his son Cameron Weaver (Brandi); his wife Jolynn; his grandchildren, Aubrie and Ezra; and his siblings, Kevin Weaver (Cindy), Kenny Weaver (Errin) and Kimberly Wright. He is also survived by 11 nieces/nephews and 17 ½ great-nieces/nephews.
