He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Sue Curtis (Bastin). He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Dawn Williams (Peter) of Greenwood and Lesli Renee Golden (Bryan) of Goshen; and his grandchildren, Lauren, Tyler Golden and Curtis Peter Williams.
