He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Grimm and Norma Courtot Grimm; his daughter Marcy Prati; his brothers, Fred Grimm, Bill Grimm, Gary Grimm and Steve Grimm; and his niece Jamye Rogers (Bill).
He is survived by: his wife Jane Grimm; his children, Terry Grimm (Beth) of Lansing, MI, Debby Knight (Ricky) of Morgantown, IN and Michael Grimm (Lola) of Indianapolis, IN; his son-in-law Angelo Prati of Carmel, IN; his grandchildren, Joshua Phelps (Maggie), Jack Grimm, Amanda Barnhart (Andy), Abby Grimm, Jessica Wagler (Chad), Lea Knight, Sara Knight, Tatum Prati, Sharon Prati and Ezekiel Prati; his great grandchildren, Owen Phelps, Rory Phelps, Finley Phelps, Lorelei Barnhart, Annabelle Barnhart, Lucille Wagler, Noa Knight and Eve Knight; his brother Joe Bennett (Janey) of Indianapolis, IN; his sister-in-law Beth Grimm of DeLand, FL; and his sibling's children, Amy Warren (Gary), Nicholas Bennett (Ashley), Derek Grimm (Kimberly), Travis Grimm (Bumby), Marti McGuigan (Doug), Greg Grimm (Connie) and Dennis Grimm.
In lieu of flowers, Lee requested that donations be directed to Butler University Football to honor Coach Tony Hinkle and all the "Kids" lucky enough to be given a chance to play football.
