He was predeceased by: his father William H. Hornbrook; his wife Bonnie; and his children, Rick Hornbrook and Sue Hahn. He is survived by: his son Michael Hornbrook (Rita); his grandchildren, Bonnie Moynahan (Jeremy), Daniel Hornbrook (Holly), Chris Hornbrook (Lyndsey), Amy Rice (Greg), Ryan Hahn (Amanda) and Traci Mancini (Tony); and his sister Norma. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
