He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Prifogle and Zella A. Prifogle (Wynn); his son-in-law Steven Clark; and his siblings, Maxine Gaugler (Elbert), Margaret "Charlene" Henry (Ed) and Donald W. "Pete" Prifogle (Clarabelle).
He is survived by: his daughters, Julia Wellman, Diona Dunn Greenwood (James Turbaugh) and Diana Clark of Greenwood; his grandchildren, Kate Wellman, Jonathan, Michael, Daniel and Benjamin Clark; his sister Mary Alice Morrill (Prifogle); and his great grandchildren, Cole, Henry, William, Victoria, Catherine and Gwendolyn.
